5 Axis Cnc Machine

In the simplest terms, 5-axis machining involves using a CNC control to move a part or cutting tool along five different axes simultaneously. This allows very complex parts to be machined, so the 5 axis is particularly popular for aerospace and medical applications.

3 Axis Cnc Machine

It is possible to say that the vertical CNC machining center is the most advanced of the mills in the machining industry. Vertical CNC machining center is used with computer technology, so working is provided through the hard disks on it. Generally, CNC plastic mold manufacturing makes it possible to perform operations such as CNC cutting, machining, punching and so on. Vertical CNC machining centers require a single setup and multiple jobs are possible with this single setup. It usually has 3 axes. It is a frequently used bench for the mold and mold processing industry.

Cnc Lathe

Operated with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) systems and provided with precise design instructions, CNC Lathes are machine tools where the material or part is clamped and rotated by the main spindle, while the cutting tool that work on the material, is mounted and moved in.

Laser Cutting

Laser cutting is a slitting process with which metallic and non-metallic raw materials of different material thicknesses may be cut. This is based around a laser beam which is guided, formed and bundled.

Turbocharger Balancing Machine

Turbocharger balancers are typically based on the Hines Cradle Balancing Machine which offers two plane balancing. With two plane correction, the turbocharger can be corrected for stack up unbalance caused by the compressor wheel, turbine wheel and shaft. All  balancing machines are hard bearing which means they are permanently calibrated and rugged enough for on-machine correction.
